Father & Son Team

When David embarked on his journey to open his first restaurant, Brian was merely 3 years old. Today, after a remarkable span of 33 years, what once seemed inevitable has now become a vivid reality. This venture symbolizes a captivating collaboration, a harmonious fusion, and perhaps even the pinnacle of a lifetime's worth of experiences, combining the perspectives of both youth and wisdom.

However, amidst the evolution, there remains one enduring trait that defines the Chin family, a trait that has consistently served as the cornerstone of every family meal, every joyous gathering, and every celebratory occasion -  taste. Robust, delicate, intricate, in depth, multidimensional and even moving.
